+In the context of the collaboration between TC215 (Environmental Geotechnics), which organizes the 9th Int. Congress on Environmental Geotechnics (9ICEG) in June 25-28, 2023, in Chania, Greece, and TC306 (Geo-Education), creators of any kind of educational material about which they feel proud about are encouraged to submit small samples – choice morsels of their work and to highlight their special features.

Conference on Petrinja earthquake from 4 to 6 May
All colleagues who work in geotechnical engineering are invited to take part in this conference under the auspices of the ISSMGE.
We are grateful to the ISSMGE President, Dr Marc Ballouz, International IGM (Institute for Geotechnics Materials), for his lecture on geotechnical forensics and to Professor Carlo Lai, University of Pavia for his lecture on liquefaction.
The conference is concentrated to the Petrinja earthquake; therefore the logo of the conference shows the lines of the same intensity of this earthquake as given by USGS (https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/us6000d3zh).
The conference is held from 4 to 6 May 2023 in Sisak, around 50 km from Zagreb.
