Professor Žlender invites to exchange ideas and experiences in addressing climate change issues from the geotechnical engineering perspective

Here is the invitation we received from Professor Žlender:

Dear Colleagues,

Started in April 2018, the Working Group on Climate Change Adaptation (WG CCA) is one of the 5 working groups of the European Large Geotechnical Institutes Platform (ELGIP), a consortium of major European research organizations in geotechnical engineering: https://elgip.org

WG CCA intends to serve as a platform for exchange of ideas and experiences in addressing climate change issues from the geotechnical engineering perspective. In line with this, we are conducting a survey with the aim to understand the impact of climate change on the natural grounds and geo-structures across Europe and to identify knowledge gaps on the topic. Results of the survey will be made accessible through the ELGIP webpage.

In this connection, we would like to invite you to participate in this endeavour. The survey (in English; link below) will take between 10-15 minutes. We would appreciate receiving your answers on or before 7 May 2021.

We thank you in advance for your time and cooperation.
