1. Sažetke treba poslati na adresu HGD-a do 15. ožujka 2012. 2. HGD će izvršiti selekciju sažetaka i do 15. travnja 2012. godine poslati sažetke organizatoru. 3. Sve sažetke će pregledati znanstveni odbor organizatora što znači da organizator može odbiti ili zatražiti korekcije sažetaka koje im je uputio HGD.
